Will a brake hose clip work? shifter cable clip? Try ace or home depot, those drawers in the hardware section. I've found alot of odd's & ends there for the car.

Nope I am pretty sure these are smaller about 1/4 to 5/16 opening. I saw some nos ones yesterday on Ebay but now there gone.
