I have always been a fan of 53-54 chevys. Could not resist taking a picture of this car I spotted at local show. It’s about a half sized 54 Belair. Every piece was hand made by the owner and it looked just like an original 54. He stated that it took him about 10 years to build. It was powered by a 70’s Toyota.

That is freakin crazy. Is it driveable? I mean, by a full size human?

Yes it is drivable. It is titled as a special interest vehicle and is street legal. There is a museum in Arizona that has several of these dwarf cars.
