I’m surprised that with that level of restoration that they did not find a better dash bezel and the turn signal and tilt levers look rusty. Although it is low mileage I bet there is a lot hiding under the paint. Heavily loaded car but no a/c. According to question I recently asked S3SS, shouldn’t the rallys be red also? It’s part of the Hendrick collection so it will definitely be priced high. We have a local Hendrick dealership and it’s not uncommon to see an old classic car and they normally are priced on the high side.

I agree. The more you look closely at the pics and read the less it seems to be. It even says the 400 is period correct. For that money you would think you would get a numbers matching drive train. The car has a lot if fit and finish issues as well.

That’s funny. They do love him there. I think I am going to change my last name to Hendrick before I sell another car.

High price...? not sure I agree...You cannot restore one for that money in the condition of that one... though under the hood could be detailed...

I know. When you look closely it has lots of little odd things. It is not a restored car. It's more like an upgraded survivor. Anyway, nice car. Fun to look at. I completely understand how much it cost to fix one up. I am a couple of years into one that I paid $1,800 for. Waaaay past that now.
