Nah-mine isn't working, gonna go get one later, I'm betting the problem is the fuse or the power to the wire.

ROADCAPTAIN LOOK AT BOTH PICS OF MY CAR YOU WILL SEE THE SECOND HORN IS JUST JUMPED OFF THE FIRST ONE AND ORIGINAL LOCATIONS

That makes sense.....I'm going out there in a little while to see if i might have had a similar set-up

How much do you want for it and to ship it to Wisconsin? I have the same problem, I can hear the relay click, but no horn under the hood.

Did you happen to move the steering wheel between attempts? Sometimes the contact ring gets bad spots and doesn't let electricity flow.

The same thing happened to me shortly after I first put my steering wheel on my chevelle, only my horn wouldn't shut off. When I pulled it off I found that one of the rubber isolators had broken off.

no but i have taken the steering column apart many times to change cancelling cam, turn signal housing, and some other little parts from the malibu column
but it never worked ever since ive gotten it the first time ive ever heard it go off was yesterday but only twice

or are you talking about turning the steering wheel? no i didnt all i did was connect the green wires and turned on the car and pressed the horn pad

does there have to be a ground on the horn or something all i have is a green wire that goes to the first horn in the drivers fender then connects to the other horn behind the grille

The big bracket the actual horn is mounted on is the ground.
