I don't think the Prowler should have been on there. Sure it didn't have any horsepower, but that doesn't mean it's one of the worst cars of all time.

I got one to add. Kia Rio! I had one straight off of the dealers lot in 2001 that my ex-girlfriend's parents had bought for us to use as transportation while we were living in Tulsa (supposed to have cheered me up about losing my first 76 I guess ). Anyways, the car literally almost got us ran over in the city traffic. It didn't have enough power to move out of its own way. After a month of driving it, the shifter wouldn't go into or out of gears very well. By the second month the ignition was sticking. Wind noise sucked going down the highway & rain made it's way into the car. We drove it for three months before I bought my first Eclipse & sent the POS back. Remember this car only had like 10 miles on it & probably 3-4,000 by the time I got fed up.

My mom's first car was a Vega. Lol. I agree, the Prowler should not be on there. Thats a damn good looking car. But, of course I love it...it's a Plymouth!

I have a 2004 Kia Rio. It's great for economy, and I have been driving it for 4 years without any problems whatsoever. Yes, it's a light car and gets pushed around a bit on a windy day, and it doesn't have a huge engine, but you have to remember to hit the Power Boost button if you want to speed up fast (the boost button means "turn off the air conditioning").

LMFAO!!!! That's classic Limey! Unfortunately it's true though. I guess in Kia's defense, mine was a 2001 Rio which was the first year of that model. I have a cousin that was a technician at a local Kia dealership & he said the problems I had were common in the first two years, but the later models had different engines & a little more refinery........ but not much. Basically I was told they were a throw away car & I should have opted for a higher model. I said I should have opted for a good used car in the first place, lol!

It's not fast, but I have 86,000 miles on mine and never had it in the shop for repairs yet. I only paid $5,000 for it with 30,000 miles on it in 2007 so I think I got my money's worth. Even if the engine gave out tomorrow or it got picked up and taken away in a tornado, it's been a good car.

to answer the question NO it will work................. but it would called either "THE VEGABU" or "THE MALIGA"

Not to mention that the Vega is only about half as wide as a Chevelle. Haha, it could be called a Chevega.....
