dropping ideas

I been looking at lowering spring or front spindles and was wondering which is better. if use front spindles how is the rear lowered? i want 2 lower whole car but want what handles the best.

spindles are better for best get both, fatmanfab has them both for decent prices thats what i want. rear is lowered by lowering springs

Thanks I also found Qa1 has adjustable coilover kit for these cars and thinking that may be best.

If you're looking for cheap, then get a new set of factoryreplacement springs and cut them down. Or, you can get a set of lowering springs that have a firmer spring rate. It depends on what kind of ride qualtiy you want.

Of course you can. New is optional. I only say to use new springs because older ones sag a little bit and might not give you a decent ride quality once you cut them.

Get a set of springs for a 6 cylinder car with no AC on it and cut off one coil. That way you will not have as harsh a ride as with the heavier springs. JB

ill see. how much would new lowering springs run me im kinda tired of how it feels when i drive on a bumpy road

or maybe ill just keep the same springs but get drop spindles? which would be cheaper?
of course if you look in my default you can see something needs to be done, the front is way to high up. thanks guys

Drop spindles might mess up your suspension geometry. New springs are about 100 bucks for a pair, and the lowering ones like what I have where about 20 dollars more for each pair. Either way shouldn't be too expensive if you know what to look for.

which ones did you go with? kinda like how your car sits. and did you get the 2 inch drop springs?

Those are the fronts that I got. They've gone up in price a little bit since I bought mine though. I will say that they do work very well on the car...it sits right, and the ride isn't bad at all.
