If you get it on there and dont like how unsupported it feels, you might want to make a bracket from the top of the bumper brackets you swapped to the inside of the bumper to add top support. I didnt mess with it because we were trying to lose weight. Also with this way the bumper shocks are still usuable but if you do hit anything the shocks will compress and the bumper will go into your fenders so while your that far you might want to weld up the shocks so it hold the bumper in place and you dont risk your fenders as much. We welded the shock tubes on both sides and cut off the excess thats inside the frame to lose more weight.

can you show a picture of the way its mounted?
i get close to getting it too fit but it just wont fit on there now, did you have to grind the top of the brackets to let the long bumper support that the (chrome attaches to) sit properly down to get the holes to line up?

ok now this is pissing me off and theres another dent in the bumper Mad and some bloody knuckles, brused feet and knees, keeps falling off, anyways, i have tried it all and there is always something that wont work it wont go over the shock mount cuz of the way they go up on the ends its just an inch to far out to get it to work. only thing i can think of is to gring the top of the shock mounts flat?

i was thinking about grinding the bottom of the brackets to conture with the bumper inside then cutting the holes out a little further where the bracket attaches to the shocks so i can move it down more and a small cut in the same holes going toward the front of the car to move the bracket more toward the bumper so it can line up.

Are those the brackets that were closer to the radiator? or the ones closest to the parking lights? The ones that were right behind the parking lights were to be discarded. The ones closest to the radiator were to swap sides as meaning passenger and drivers side. There will be no brackets behind the parking lights.

hay corey instead of having two bolts like in the picture use only the top one i guarantee that will fix your problem i only got four bolts holding my bumper on and it works fine till i fab up some custom brackets
