Yeah another good turnout. I got some chrome dress up underhood pieces for my Thunderbird.
I don't know how long they have been having these. I've been going to them since Feb of this year. They seemed to get progressively smaller each month, then were gone for a few months, and are now back bigger than ever. Makes me wonder if that's how things work out here in AZ, the summer months no one comes outside to play?? lol

basically its "too hot for everybody" but i dont care if i have to work in the heat all day im gonna enjoy myself in it too
the good part about it is everything gets cheaper during the summer months because less people are out doing stuff

Yeah, I don't get the "it's too hot out" thing down here. I hate to admit it, but after being here a few years, I feel cold, and put on a coat when it gets below 60.....lol. Hell I remember back in Chicago anything over 40 was t-top, or convertible, and shorts weather.
But I don't get the "it's to hot..". I work outside too, so I have deal with it, and maybe that's it. But I'll take 115 degree's and no humidity, over a 90 degree day with 100 percent humidity back in the Midwest anyday.....
I just learned the hard way to wear gloves, and don't touch metal...lol. (You can still almost read where the word "CRAFTSMAN" was branded into my palm....

Humidity sucks! This year was especially a killer. I'd walk outside for ten minutes & come back in drenched. Not to mention having sweat roll into your eyes every couple of seconds while you lay under a car trying to hook something up or take something off. Forget dirt, sweat burns!

LOL @ onthebottle on learning the hard way. It sucks trying to remove parts from the yards in the summer while wearing shorts.....that pretty much what i wear all year long. I even look like a fool with a hoodie and shorts on.

Are there any swaps planned for the week of Jan. 17th? Will be down there visiting family and, of course, taking in Barrett-Jackson (spectator only!).

From the schedule I've seen. The Glendale CC one is the first Sunday of the month for this year. I'm heading there now.
