Switching from column shift to floor, Will columns from other years work, or do I have to have the 73-77 GM?

you need a 73-77 column, but stick with chevelle/elky. some of the 75-77 olds and buicks had the dimmer switch on the blinker lever.

looks alright but wouldnt you have to buy everything from the turnsignal switch to the steering wheel
like the lock plate/spring/cancelling cam/ horn contact button and the steering wheel itself?

I sold a PERFECT column to a guy in jersey for 175,that a friend of mine had hanging in his garage. I have about 6 tilt/floor columns, but i could not let them go for 75.

I have 3 orphan columns that I'm trying to make a tilt/tele into. I bought a 76 corvette tilt/telescopic column and am trying to piece them together. hope that it will work and look bad a$$.

I haven't got a clue about vette columns, and not much of a clue about G3 columns......would you have to weld in some pieces to match the width?
