Hi, Jason here, I have a 1976 Monte Carlo painted flat black/yellow with a black cloth interior. I pulled the stock 350-2bbl and dropped in a 1968 Corvette 327, but kept the stock TH350.
I also just picked up a 1977 Monte Carlo Landau in white with a tan vinyl interior and factory sunroof, at one time it had a tan landau vinyl roof but it was removed by one of the previous owners. It has the stock 350ci-4bbl with a TH350.

2nd Gen Montes Rock!!! Thumbs up

I don't know which of the cars is fastest JB because the '77 had a blown tranny when I bought it so I haven't driven it but it runs really well, even without a tune-up. Although I would probably put my money on the '76 with the corvette motor.
