Have you ever wondered...
What a '73-'77 A-Body Cadillac would have looked like?

Yeah woulda been sweet! The first Seville was kinda based on the Nova chassis. The 77-79 Deville is almost the same size and very similar underneath.

Never been big on the '75-'79 Seville.
I like the '80-'85 "Bustle Back" a lot better

My friend has one of each, both are mint as the day they were built and he likes the 75-79 better .Says it handles better and obviously has more power. The bustle back holds a place in my heart though s one of the first Caddy's I ever drove. I need to get one but probably a 79 Coupe de Ville.

I love the '79-'85 Eldorado's. My grandma had an '83. It was DARK burgundy(originally black) with a red interior. I LOVED that car. That's the car that started my love for Cadillac's. She always had these two little troll toys sitting on the huge ashtray that I played with when I was with her. I have them still, too! I was not a happy camper when she bought a brand new Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme SL in 1995. I was quite young, obviously.
She also worked for Cadillac, on the assembly line. The Detroit-Hamtramck Plant had an open house one time, and I very vaguely remember going - I loved it. She started in 1976 at the Detroit Clark Street plant.

I don't know what a "bustle back" is. I have a '85 Fleetwood FWD, kind of boxy, but a great driver. The down side is the engine, a 4.1 V8 with a long history of troubles.

Great ! When Caddy's were still really Caddy's .That piece of whoa nelly 4100 ruined them but they were still nice looking. The same friend has an 85 Eldorado white w/white and red inside kelsey hayes wire wheels and fat white walls.
