How it took nearly ten years to find him hiding in a freshly built mansion surrounded by fencing is beyond me. You think that would have been an obvious sign. Also, what's with the burial at sea? Had it been reversed roles, they would have put our leader's head on a platform for people to look at.

Can't really bury him in Pakistan, Afghanistan or any middle eastern part of the world. People will rob the gave to have a piece of history, his grave site will become a shrine for all al qaeda base or type groups. Burial at sea would be the best, let him be shark bait if that's what the US Govt actually did.

But yeah if was the other way around, they would have made a big spectacle like they did a few years ago with the bodies of those fallen US service men.

The good thing about this is that we just don't let up, even if it does take years to do the job.

Bringing troops home is a good idea, and not just from the middle East. We have troops scattered all over the world. Not very smart in my opinion. Good example is Korea, with around 39,00 troops there. If the North decides to invade the south, those US troop will be only a bump in the road for North Korean army, just like in 1950. Lots of our guys in Germany too. Those countries need to provide their own protection, and not use our troops as a world police force.

LOL spent a year there in 97 At Camp Carroll on the Pusan perimeter. Thats exactly the case, we all referred to ourselves as speed bumps!
