Re: Hi all
Holy photo-shop! Looks awesome...the Gray and Black theme...or the blue & white....like em both.
Hmmmm now I'm going to have to think about my paint scheme more.

Re: Hi all
You're not alone. I've thought of 100 different ideas for mine including keeping it Saddle colored. Red tones with those stripes in white keep coming back into my head along with Satin Black, Gunmetal, Sunset Orange, & a few others. Color choices are a hard one.

Re: Hi all
Thinking about grays, you ever seen the Corvette "Steel Cities". It was a one year only color...early 70's I think. Every once in a while you see them in an auction or E-bay. Man that's a sweet color that looks good w/ black too.

Re: Hi all
I like paint bc/cc jobs with a lot of clear coat on it. On my Elky I am stuck with green because of the interior. I have considered white or black but not seriously. JB

Re: Hi all
White & green would be nice too if you want to keep it stock. My buddy has a 79 vette that is white w/ green interior. Looks sharp. Here's my Buckskin & Saddle (this is a pre-sale pic car interior is gutted). Not keeping the stock colors but nice in it's day.

1971-1972 Steel Cities Corvette:
Looks different for sure. Almost has a green tint to it whereas 1970 Laguna Gray is more blue tinted:

LoL, I actually did that one for Dan (BlackChevelleSS) a very long time ago. I had posted up a few different ones in different colors & he wanted to see black stripes on satin black or gray. I believe this was prior to his 73 SS getting smashed. Looks best with dog dish wheels or Vette Rallies like the one above it, IMHO.

That Corvette is VERY close to the color of my 2005 Hyundai Sonata. JB

Re: Hi all
maybe you guys would like to try this out. its for sale too if anyones interested let me know.
also has the swivel buckets, round gauge dash, and factory center console with floor shifter.
the only thing i think sucks about this truck is that the tires dont have raised white lettering, and the rims need a chrome trim ring and police center caps (in my opinion)

Re: Hi all
Limey no offense taken. I think it looks better without all of the decals. The orange wheels looked hideous. The new ones aren't the coolest, but at least they aren't bright orange! Looked like a car that was ready for the dirt track or a demo derby before.
Travis, I like that Elky but the wheels would definitely have to go.
BRL, LMAO! She sips nitro... with Phase 4 heads! 600 horsepower through the wheels! She's meanness set to music and the bitch is born to run!
