putting ball joints in
is a breeze when you have the right tool. NO taking off the control arms and springs. but i did notice that i needed upper control arm bumpers.of course can not get @ the parts store,so had to find them on line.
wish i would of taken it apart on the driveway instead of the garage. everything could of used a good power washing.going to do shocks and sway bar bushings next.
than maybe dig out the 3:42 posi out of the corner and put that in

the lowers are easy with the tool and a big hammer to get them out, the factory style uppers sucks balls.

When I did my Malibu, I rented the tools from Auto Zone to press them out & in. Makes live easier
On the El Camino project, they were all apart & off of the frame, and I did them on the press.

On those bump stops, why not step up to polyurethane? Also what about ZQ8 bump stops? This is probably one of those little talked about subjects that I'm clueless on.
