My daughter's first car

Post by bigredlaguna on Sat Jul 23, 2011 10:12 pm

1977 Buick Skylark. No rust any where other than rock chips from driving on dirt roads. My plan is to get it roadworthy (with her help of course) hopefully before school starts, but if it takes longer, so be it. The kid I bought it from overheated the engine that was in it and had removed it.

Please throw away the wheels, black painted steelies would look better. Otherwise neat car cant be too many of those left.

I agree about the wheels, they are 14" also. My wife and daughter like them, so we'll see if they stay on. They will for a while anyway, the tires are actually in pretty good shape.
