yea ive been wanting to get a battery topper for my 70. I think its a cool Idea but man they are expensive.

Ive got one on my 73 it looks perfect you cant tell .If you have the resto look under the hood it compliments it perfectly.

The toppers or the optimas?

Optimas are pricey. But for me i need a sealed battery, my car rides too choppy with the hydros and my painted wheel wells are getting damaged from the acid leaking.

This site has the toppers for $20.50 each for the Exide/NAPA/ Group 24 Flat Top, and $27.50 for the optimas with $7 shipping.
