What kind of car is that in your profile pic....I see and olds but with qtr windows....that look like they came out of a grand-am...? Very intriguing.

limey is almost correct, the 1/4 glass louvers came out of a 73 gto that was crushed a while back at a boneyard i was roaming. i looked at it and said man those windows would look bad A$$ in my 77 cutlass. so when i started the frame off resto,which included installing NOS quarter panels, i installed these. i had found a 74 lemans that had quarter glass windows like a cutlass supreme but had the 442 back window. there was a filler piece in that spot to make the quarter glass window smaller. so i drilled out the spot welds and took those filler pieces home and cut them down for the louvered windows. they fit perfect as does the sail panels on the inside. unfortunately i have to get the sail panels covered with some fabric for they are nit a pretty site and they are sooooo hard to find. i have had this car since '87 and it was the fastest thing in my town for a 17 year old burnin down the boulevard and coming out of the mcdonalds hang out sideways smoking the tires off every nite. those where the best of times!!!

COOL! That 442 is BAD-A$$! Looks like you got the same Canary Yellow that is still on my Malibu...I was thinking of those windows also but am opting to keep it original due to budget at the moment and that you just can't find a good set of the interior trim. Who knows down the line though! My 1st car was a 77 Salon....good times...good times.

thanks man!! that yellow you see on her is that new primer they got out. i will be putting a vinyl roof on her and painting her the brightest white i can find and putting the 442 stripes on the bottom in black. i wont be putting the '442" numbers on her instead i have drawn up in that "442" font "Rocket Queen". its going to look freaking awesome!! I CANNOT WAIT!!
