Bushing centers

So the bushing kit I ordered has the polyurethane bushings, but where can I find the metal tube looking things that go inside them? Some of my old ones are salvageable, but others have rusted out.

Bushing kit for what ? Body ? front suspension ? .......
My front suspension is Energy Suspension, which came with the metal bushings, and the body mounts are from The Parts Place, with the required bushings & washers etc..

i have an energy suspension brand set and i`m pretty sure those metal tubes came with it. i haven`t installed yet, as i have to make a press first.

enregy suspension sells a whole polyeurothane bushing set for about 250 bucks that includes every bushing for the whole car
