Dash pad Maroon or red

I am looking for an original dash pad, Maroon with no damage Car has Air.

good luck finding a NO damage dash pad. i have a 73 dash that is perfect.but it is different than a 74-77 dash.

How bad does yours look? If you found some maroon paint, you could take this dash cap off my hands. Needs a few bolt holes patched with bondo first, but it would probably fit right in.

how much for that 73 dash And got any photos of it? Did the car have air? You said that it needs some bondo near the bolt holes??

77 red monte dash has a crack and a spider crack

there are NO cracks in the 73 dash. i repeat NO cracks. might want half of what a redone dash might cost. scratch

No offense but it looks like I'll have to stick with what I have until next summer I did not want to spend more than $100 on one. Besides before I would spend 4-500 on a used one I would want it in the right color and local to be sure that no cracks show up in shipping. Also who knows, a used one could quickly develop cracks once exposed to the sun.

Best bet may be to bite the bullet and send mine in to just dashes?

no offence taken. the 73 dash has been out of the car since 88. moved around a dozen times or more,and still is perfect. like i said in a previous post "good luck finding a perfect dash" let alone one for 100.00. i would NEVER send this dash in the mail site un seen. the new owner would have to look at it first. i do know where a NON air dash is,but he wants 350 for it.

I'm glad I got lucky, and the dash in my Monte is perfect. The 73 Laguna parts car I had had a PERFECT dash. Same olive color as yours, Chris.

Painted it black, and sold it to Anthony.

I believe he still has it...

Tom, if you do a plastic Dash Cap RIGHT, it looks great and you can barley tell its a cap.

If you are interested, I can send you detailed pictures of when I did it on my '74 Chevelle.

Negative - They never look RIGHT.

I've seen yours Kyle and you definitely did a great job. So don't take offense, but I've yet to see one that you could barely tell. Maybe from 15 feet away, yes... Up close - Waste of money.
