Rear Window Slats
Can anyone get a line on rear window slats for a 1974 Laguna?? I'm betting that no one has made these in a million years but I would love to have a set for my "Retro-Touring" Laguna! Thanks!

No buddy I mean the old style slat louvers that went over the back window. I had a set on my 77 Malibu Classic and I wish I hadn't sold them with the car. For that matter, I wish I hadn't sold the car!! This is probably one of those items I will never see again...Thanks though!

Didn't even know those were made for these cars, always thought they were snagged off the F-body cars. Nice!

Yes they were made for our cars & I want to say that I saw them as a dealer option. I know RPO "DE1" is code for rear shade or rear window louvers in some models, not sure if it was available for us though. Summit racing makes them, but not for our cars.

They would sure help keep the car cooler in summer, and keep sunlight off of the upholstery.

Re: Rear Window Slats
Now you're thinking! They can't be that complicated right? You could even save costs to yourself by boxing up the parts and make them an owner assembled item...

Re: Rear Window Slats
That's so funny, because we were sick of those back window louvers sitting around the basement. We thought about scrapping them because we couldn't find a buyer....but then I thought about how rare they are and decided to keep them around for a bit longer. Glad you snapped them up, Bio!
