Holy Grand-Am, Bat Man!

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Worlds-Finest-Restored-1973-Pontiac-Grand-Am-400-TH400-/280763389975?pt=US_Cars_Trucks&hash=item415ecd5817

Way nice car, looks like it's driven too & no doubt some money spent on it....BUT....IMHO, has stupid big clock & no tach (!@#$%^&*!)...& 400-2 valve...LOL that just sounds wrong. What was Pontiac thinking there? This car w/ a 455 SD motor would have been better. Twisted Evil

IMO, these cars are the quintessential example of "love it or hate it" design with that nose. And yes, a tach (which I just happen to have) would have been a nice addition to it's restoration. Suppose they were trying to keep it original. Nice car, but $27K Buy-it-Now?

I like the cars, especially in black on black. Love the louvers too. I agree w/ you on the nose, I happen to be one that loves them. I almost bought one when searching last year but the car needed alot of work and the asking price was such that it didn't make much sense for me. The Lemans is a very close looking car and the nose looks more like a happy bowtie
