Made a field trip....

So I was bored today, and decided to head out to CTC Auto Ranch, located north of Denton.

Umm yah, if you need G3 parts, they've got them. I counted about 8 G3s on the way in, and these were cars they were selling as whole, not parting them out.

I've heard these guys are pretty pricey with their parts...right up there with DVAP in AZ. Is this true?

They are rather proud of their products. But... supply/demand and scarcity of resources all factor into a full service junkyard. A $40 taillight at a self-service yard, is $120 there.

No touching the cars, no going into the yard without an escort (and not of the touchy-feely variety) But you can wander in for $5 bucks and if they have time, they'll let you take all the pics you want.
