my old work truck Empty my old work truck

Had to spend some money on my '92 Chevy pickup today. The last two days it wanted to dive across the center line when I used the brakes. Still has original rotors & calipers on it, at 270,000 miles. Rotors are tore up big time....
Anyway, a few years ago a friend gave me new GM calipers for it, so I bought new hoses, new rotors, seals, and wheel bearings. So tomorrow ( Saturday) I will have to get dirty & replace all these parts.
Trouble is, I would rather spend the money on my Elco project......but that's the way it goes....

I know that feeling. Money is better spent for fun not maintenance (at least it's easier to part with for fun stuff).

I replaced the idler a few months back, and that changed things enough to require an alignment. I couldn't believe it didn't need some steering parts except for the idler...... I do keep it lubed good though...
