The '73 through '77 will fit. I have a '73 tilt in my '74 Malibu, and a '77 tilt in my '75 El Camino.

The difference in the '77 column is the steering shaft is different on the bottom end than the earlier years, so I had to get matching parts etc....
So for a direct fit, don't use a '77 column.

Nice...now you have to tell us how you got it apart...did you reuse the bottom end parts from the Chevelle?

Anybody know if a 74 Camaro column and 74 Chevelle are the same?

Don't know for sure, but it seems like a lot of those parts will interchange. I know its not a steering column, but I used Camaro drop spindles on the front of my 74.

I've seen that some Nova will interchange but don't want to blow the car apart and not have the right part. Been there too many times...lol

I know what you mean there. I have been in those shoes. I am sure someone has done that before. I just don't know my self. If you have one from a Camaro you may be able to measure it and compare how it all hooks up. Wish I could be of more help.
