Control/Trailing bars
I was looking at this set:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/1973-1977-CHEVROLET-A-BODY-ON-CAR-FULLY-ADJUSTABLE-REAR-CONTROL-TRAILING-ARMS-/281206887648?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item41793c94e0&vxp=mtr
Any opinions? Anything better for the $$? I don't necessarily need the adjustable uppers. My original to the car set are pretty rusty and the bushings are shot and I have a lot of unwanted movement.
I am running the stock sway bar and don't have plans to go with anything different.

This is what I have, a little cheaper since the uppers aren't adjustable. They seem well built.

Are you happy with them? Did they make a difference in the handling?

Re: Control/Trailing bars
I can't honesty say they made a difference because when I replaced the arms I also put in new springs, and added a sway bar (it didn't have one at all). I also have the frame support braces. (More of a good measure addition than a actual upgrade). I have no complaints except that to use a factory sway bar it needs to be spaced down slightly, so that it will clear the rear bushing.

Re: Control/Trailing bars
BTW the car handles good. Only real upgrade on the front is I put a larger one inch sway bar with urethane bushings. (To replace the factory 7/8ths bar)

Re: Control/Trailing bars
Your welcome, I also have relocation brackets welded in & the bar is mounted to the top of the arms.

Funny you say that about spacing the bar down so it doesnt hit the bushings. I was just going through my factory sway bar hardware ( bar has been out of the car since the 80's) and I have 8 washers. Four of them are round in shape and the other four are hex in shape. So I hit the service manual and it states that if you have spacers use them. And I had to or the bar would hit the bushings. But it was a little puzzling to me when I have 8 washers. But it worked out. Some coincidence.

Re: Control/Trailing bars
That's interesting that even with all OE pieces it needed "shimmed down"
