I actually saw one of those just a couple weeks ago and did a double take. I think it's an open-air hearse. Still, El Cadillac has a nice ring to it...

An "open air" hearse is usually called a "flower car".
(after viewing the link I'm not sure that's what this one is).

I believe Cadilac actually produced these / commissioned them , called Cadillac Mirage Sports Wagon

I wouldn't characterize it quite that way.
Cadillac provides a conversion ready base vehicle to a coachbuilder and they produce a limo, hearse, flower car, pickup, or whatever the end customer desires.
GM's portion is done once the car leaves the assembly plant.

That's my thinking, too ... it isn't a flower car or the Mirage Sports Wagon. I'm thinking this is something different, maybe even 1-of-a-kind....
