That is a very nice clean looking job.

I'm impressed.

Beautiful! Do you have a link to the how and what? That looks like a ton of work done.
Those look like what GM would've done without the 73 regs

I guessing at minimum:
shocks removed or collapsed
bolts shaved and welded
bumpers cut down and re-shaped
re-chrome

Mine is not as detailed. But.....got rid of the "severe underbite"

Really nice bumper mods Scanne10

The Olds looks to be a 73 model from the rear with very heavy mod. The front , possible 76-77 fenders , grill , headlights with the 73 bumper heavily modded as well.

Sorry, I have no details. It was on a g3 Facebook page, and someone took the pics at a car show.

I pulled mine in about an inch on the front and rear.

Do you suppose those in the original post are fiberglass? (or plastic)? Bumpers are pretty tough to rework, being spring steel.

Now that you mention it - I'm pretty happy with the front but the rear could probably stand to come in a bit more.

WOW!!!! I really like those modified bumpers. Looks to be very clean work ... almost factory-like. Looks like IL plates; any idea where in IL?
