The distance between us & that car is just miles we haven't driven yet, right? Dang ... sure seems to be a great deal. I'd be willing to drive it to anyone who buys it! lol

You could ship it, A coworker just shipped a 59 pick up from Scottsdale AZ to Madison WI for $920. By the time you pay for plane tickets, gas, hotel and potential break downs that's not far from even money with NO hassle!

I'm surprised it was that much.  Three yrs ago I shipped a Ford Explorer up from Scottsdale for $800 and that is when gas was nearly double what it currently is.  But you're right...I weighed the expenses of flying down and driving it back vs shipping it and the difference was approx. $150.  Not even worth considering with travel time required and risk of breakdowns; not to mention the potential perils of a winter road trip.
