I JUST WATCHED GONE IN 60 SECONDS AGAIN FOR ABOUT THE 50TH TIME!! (THE ORIGINAL ONE)
I AM SICK OF THIS STUPID JOB!!!
I FEEL LIKE I AM IN PRISON!!
I WANT TO WORK ON MY CARS BUT HAVE NO TIME!!!
TRUCKIN SUCKS!!!!
( yes i know i should br glad to have a job in these tough ecnomic times)
AND I AM SICK OF HEARING HOW I SHOULD BE GLAD TO HAVE A JOB!!!


SORRY NO ONE TO YELL AT IN TRUCK BUT I FEEL A LITTLE BETTER!!!!

Be glad you're not working rotating shiftwork. Nothing like being able to work for 3 days at a time, and then nothing until 3 weeks later when you actually have about 4 hours to work on it for a week before having to go to sleep and go back to work.

I myself got re-assigned last month. While I'm still the Marketing Rep & my cubicle hasn't changed, they created a new department that now handles my old job & I now get to work on excel sheets all day long when I'm not working every weekend announcing on a microphone. I work swing shift & my schedule can change on a day to day basis leaving me with no way to plan anything in advance. I barely bring home $17,000 each year while supporting a family of 5. All of this on top of still paying for my wedding & having to take out a loan on the 76 to repair my wife's p.o.s. AGAIN just so we can have a vehicle to drive because I'm too broke to buy tires for my car & replace the dry rotten selection I have lying around. pale The worst part is that I have several vehicles & parts I can/need to sale, but no one's buying.

Wow, that feels good to get that off of my chest. Thanks for starting this thread BadBis.

Yeah, I'm still moving there. It's my dad's place about 20 minutes from where I live now, which makes my ride to work only about 5 minutes longer, so I won't be changing much.

It's never fun to have a job you don't like ... been there, done that. Jobs are a dime a dozen, sometimes, though ... and it makes it hard to quit a job when nothing else is lined up. So, good that you had a new job lined up. Hope it goes well for you.

Now I only have a 93 GMC Jimmy, lifted, several mods, bad T-case & the 72 Cutlass up for sale. If I end up towing it along to my new house I think I'm gonna keep it. I'm still struggling, but I'm starting to realize I can make it without resorting to getting rid of my Muscle.
