Very 80's monochrome look. No interior, underside, or engine bay shots would make me leery.
And isn't the point of a cowl intake hood scoop to use it as, you know, an intake? Not block it off for gauges?

The rally wheels suit it pretty good though...
I never understood why people would paint their bumpers... even if their car would be hard to find used parts for.
