We are signing ( will have signed by the time y'all read this ) for our 1st home purchase has 3 bedroom's 1 bath the old garage has been converted to living area by old owners before the ones were getting it from... It has a very large Shed big enough for the SE. It also has a 6" thick foundation and has enough left over wood and concrete to add another 6' of shed.
it has 1829 sq ft liveable space plus almost an acre of land we are beyond happy at this point

I actually got a rider about 2 months ago when our push died out for this place, twin cylinder 16hp White equipment rider 46" cut Older but runs good, Last pic is all the upgrades to house in last 8 years

Congratulations. Owning a home is a whole new thing, and it does have some challenges. Owner occupied houses love to make creaks and moans and dripping noises, especially late at night when you can’t sleep. I think they plan during the day, then creak and drip at night. Our house just pissed itself sometime in the last week, on the ceiling of the guest bedroom, where no one will see it right away. Some might say it’s merely the overwrought AC in this dreadful heat, but I’m pretty sure it was spite.
