sounds like you need to adjust the starter.

YEAH MAN I WENT THRU SOME REBUILTS, THEN GOT THE SUMMIT! IT WORK GREAT EVERY ONCE AND AWHILE IT DRAGS. YEAH FLOW MASTER I PUT ON A WHILE BACK. IT REALLY LIKES TOO RUN WITH JUST HEADER MUFFS, BUT I HAD ONE WEAR OUT, SO I REPLACE THEM WIT THE FLOWS!
