Im getting a tattoo soon...whatchya think??
on my 4 right hand fingers not thumb ill get DMMM thats the first inital of my dad, mom, and both my sisters...
on my left arm i want this...

those are what i know i want...then im also thinking a barbed wire wristband on my right wrist.
like this one but the band in barbed wire...

Watch the tattoos my man. For now get'em where you can hide 'em if you need to. Almost got a few when I was younger that would have prevented me getting a job. Got'em anyway, but put 'em where I could cover with long sleeves or whatever for interviews or situations where I did'nt want some limp d*** going all uppity on me. If you want to manage a shop or something someday, that might be the only thing that stops ya. Sucks, but that's way of the world.
Things are a little better now, but you still have people that think you might be trouble, just cuz of a little ink.
Als think long and hard about what you want cause they cost a lot more to get rid of than to get.
Mine tie in with family history, and that won't change, (coat of arms, shamrock if your Irish etc.) Or design something yourself that NOBODY else has.
Knew some guys that got the tribal, barbed wire, cartoon characters, skulls etc that have since had em lasered off for huge coin. You're probably gonna be around anothe 50 or 60 years and your life and tastes will change a few times between now and then.
You already know all that , just keep in mind that some people CAN judge you like future bosses, girls etc., regardless of what the above tat says.

I have 4 tats and they can be covered most of the time. I was under the same idea that managment might/can judge you cause of them.
I have the monte emblem on my left upper arm.
My kids names are on my right upper arm.
I also have 2 on my my back,that nobody can see.
I would like to get ""454"" and the bowtie on my lower legs.

I was not into it either.
But I guess at 37,I was at my lid-life crisis. I'm now 44 and dont regret getting it.

For me it was kinda a fraternal/family identity thing- Part of the cultures and organizations I've grown up in and around- Pride I guess, kinda like a biker, just not as messy.
