I hate to break this to you, but now Cardomain owns it along with you. You are a co-owner. In court, it would probably be considered as your copyright, but it would be a censored to fight for it. JB

All my pics were on photobucket before cardomain. Does that make photobucket the first owner's?

also what happens if you delete all the pics off car domain? Do they still own them once they are gone?

they still are stored on there server as a deleted post(cardomain) and photobucket is a server to share and upload pics to forums and other media
