Hey BigRed where is Garden City? Just askin cause I go to Kansas Speedway every year. Would be cool to hook up with a fellow G3 dude if your close or if you maybe go to the race also.

Believe it or not, that's the stance with the original stock suspension. Amazing what the right colors and a couple of dechromed parts can do.

The intersection of US 83 and US 50/400. I have been to Kansas speedway for an indy car race and it is about a 5 hr drive from here with lunch and restroom breaks.

Thanks! It's actually a budget build. After all I'm still honing my skills and putting aside most of my money for school. So if I can build a LS powered 6 speed Chevelle with (coming this summer) coil-overs, then anyone can.

I'll try to pull that off, at work we have to schedule the entire year's vacations in December, and I don't have the highest seniority yet.

Malicruiser, you wold not bore me if you were talking about the G3s, although I do lose interest when it comes to some of the tech modifications that take the car into newer eras. I like the cars mostly stock, a few modifications, but get into the nitrous gas (or however it's spelled) and all that other sh*t and I just tune out. I also don't favor cars with front wheel drive, they are too new and mostly for kids nowadays. Plus with the newer cars, if you have to take them in to have work done, what's the point?

Well I'm a hot rodder, not a restorer. I don't think I could've left even the 1 of 1 Smokey Yunick built Hemi DZ302 powered 69 Z28 alone, much less more common cars of ANY sort other than front wheel drive. I definately agree with you on front wheel drives, but I do love all wheel drive cars though. And don't worry, you spelled Nitrous correctly. Lol.

The Toronado. I saw a Riviera that looked just like it. Don't know what year it was, but it was kinda neat. Same color too.
