Lol. Told you!HDHugger wrote:Malicruiser wrote: Well I'm a hot rodder, not a restorer. I don't think I could've left even the 1 of 1 Smokey Yunick built Hemi DZ302 powered 69 Z28 alone, much less more common cars of ANY sort other than front wheel drive. I definately agree with you on front wheel drives, but I do love all wheel drive cars though. And don't worry, you spelled Nitrous correctly. Lol.
Well you proved me wrong. I don't really know what you just said, so I tuned out.
If you know of Smokey Yunick then you need to look up that camraro. I know, I know! Another 69 camaro. Please trust me on this one , this one is like no other car that you've seen before. It's a truly amazing piece of automotive history, and is IMHO the greatest chick magnet anyone would ever want.

My mom had one of these. Red with black sides, manual steering. It was a real bitch to drive, only tried it once.

I thought about that paint scheme as a temporary fix for Brown Eye's door ding.
It would look cool though.

Re: Chick Magnet?
Ugh, why would anyone need to spend hundreds on a stupid PURSE? That's one of the biggest wastes of money ever. It holds your stuff. That's all it does.

Re: Chick Magnet?
I didn't mean to sterotype either. My experience has been that most women do love to buy shoes. That is the one expense that they can almost always justify. I say most. My 18 year old daughter bought her last pair of shoes at Summit racing! She likes the crew boots! here is a picture of a Camaro I built. It is by far the biggest chick magnet I have ever owned. I never would have thought it but it was. After my wifes first ride she told me I was not allowed to take girls for rides. I asked her why not and she giggled. Hmmmmm.... I am also linking a video of my daughter and I going for a test drive after we finished the car.

Re: Chick Magnet?
Nice! My cousin had a 63 Chevy that was a chick magnet.... for similar reasons. It had a Munice 4 speed & the shifter rested almost directly on the bench seat. Completely gutted other than the new seat & it had glass packs directly under the cab.

Re: Chick Magnet?
A Vette is a Vette. Chicks dig them all & especially black with a targa top. I bet you can pull wool fairly easy in that thing.
BTW, if you get a Monte, does that mean you'll be popping your head in more often?

Can't argue that. Those cars are sweet. I'd love to see my Duratec get twin turbos, I only make about 250hp right now........
