I'm all for laying a little rubber on a fast takeoff, what I don't care for is when you lock up the front wheels and just sit in one spot and spin the wheels like crazy. You will never see me doing my car that way. Of course, people can treat their cars any way they want to, no law aginst it. JB

thats my jb i am not much on brake torque but now i used to light-em up at the drop of a hat but i got to say i was a worried about hammering the old car like that when i was a younger i never thought about it you know just flame on but now its kinda expensive when it brakes always fun A$$ hell

your not alone jb. all that does is tear up your tires. and cant stand when people think its cool to put bleach on there tires and make a bunch of stinky smoke lol.

To each his own. When it comes time to change out tires, I like to "finish them off". Of course being able to just drop the hammer & go through gears like that is just plain cool!

heres one of my old montes a 1970 monte 402/400 trans pwr every thing that one burned on me the ins company said the hot wire that lead to the power seat wasn't a fused wire and shorted out that was a bad day

mini spool is alright, its better than one wheel peel and cheaper than a posi. Its recommended to have c-clip eliminators but I didnt run them. Only thing that sucked was trying to turn sharply like in a parking lot, otherwise it feels just like a tight posi.
