They have been building that car for quite some time now actually! It's called Blue Collar Buick and the budget they have for it is $30K from start to finish. So far they've done a lot body work to it and most subtle changes to the original styling.

Budget is only $10k. At least that's what they said last episode when they painted it & put those hideous wheels on it. Also says it on the main page for the project. Rolling Eyes

I thought I heard them say 30K (oh well guess I've finally lost my mind), which if you think about it isn't too bad for a ground up build. 10K....No wonder they couldn't afford any better wheels.
