my 73 cutlass
this was my '73 cutlass supreme. it's a good weather only car. the top was rustes so bad that i took a sawzall to it and cut it off.

This kinda makes me wonder why A-bodies weren't offered as convertibles in the mid 70's. That doesn't look bad at all, shape wise.

They had a new law then about rollover capabilities and GM needed special permisson to do the Caddy. JB

Reminds me of my old 73. I had the same issues with a otherwise rust free AZ car. I guess once the vinyl dries out, it stops repelling water, and holds it like a sponge. I ended up selling mine to someone who bought a t-top roof off eBay for it. (never did get the follow up pictures they promised)
