Re: New Malibu spy shots
I adore the new Buicks, the LaCrosse and the Regal. I have been trying to convince my father to trade in his 2002 Subaru Outback for a new LaCrosse, he won't do it. He still has bias' from the '80s about how only "old people" buy Buicks. They are so stylish and classy.

It just goes back to the ancient saying,"ya can't have yer cake and eat it too" That's why we need at least two cars, one for the week-day grind, and a gas-sucking kick-A$$ asphalt burner for the fun days. A 4 cylinder engine? I'll pass on that even if it gets 50 miles on a gallon...

Re: New Malibu spy shots
I think the front end is lacking alittle american style, but alot of the newer 4 bangers that i have driven had me at 80 mph on I-5 without realizing it. They really scooted and were not even manual. But they weren't chevy's. One was a chrysler seabring that I didnt like the car til i drove it a bit. The other was a Jetta and well i always liked most years of those since i drove my brothers with the VR6 in it. Nothn like renting a car to get a feel for one before you buy. I wish i had me a four banger now for a daily with gas shooting to the moon.

My 07 HHR 2.4 has plenty of pep for every day driving. The only thing that bothers me is if ever I will need power for a real emergency, it wont be there. JB
