Moonshiners
There's a newish show on Discovery called Moonshiners. I'm totally addicted to it and one of the main fella's on the show has a nice G3 Lemans that was featured on the show. The episode is called "Law comes knockin"...if'n y'all wanna set yer DVR or look on-demand on your cable box. The show's great & they take the car out on a bit of a bootleg run in this episode.

I like it too. Real clean lemans. I think that car was originally red. They had the trunk open when they were dumping the extra shine in the woods. Nice paint, but they forgot to do the jambs.

Re: Moonshiners
Yup, I noticed the dash as well. LOL For some supposed "backwoods" kind of guy, he has some shop and equipment. I do respect him though. During the episode when he had an emergency and we found out the he is actually the volunteer FIRE CHIEF. And then he said something about the FD helping his family when he was younger and wanted to give back. I like that about the guy. Pretty well spoken as well. The "tickle" guy really keeps his composure even though he looks like he's been drinking for days. LOL. Good show. I was also a big fan of swamp people. I like the fact that some channels are exposing some forgotten American ways of life.

Re: Moonshiners
Good entertainment in any event. If he is the Fire Chief....we saw the name of the town on the trucks and know the general vicinity of where they're at. Can't imagine that he is making real shine or he'd be in custody, as I'm sure the "good-guy's" are watching the show and it would be a very short lived program. Seems that "Tickle" needs to stick to the Shine as every time he's drinking beer something bad happens to him. The other character, the old man "Popcorn" is right out of 1940's Walton's America. Kind of makes you want to go into the business....only a class A misdemeanor..LOL!

More than likely, Hardcore Pawn is filmed here in Detroilet and I'm friends with one of the regular staffers on the show. He says that 90% of the weird stuff that folks bring in is actually found on craigslist and the producers call them up and ask them to bring it in...
Also filming is done on the first three days of the month when all the welfare rats get their gubmint checks and are encouraged to make a scene.
When it comes to reality TV... It ain't reality!

Its a shame what happened there in Detroit . What a waste not to go OT but it shows what happens when you trust politicians.

It's not just the politicians. It's the people, too.

I like "The Idiot abroad" The Bucket List" show on the science channel. Every one should know that the reality shows arent actuallity shows.
