for our new house. 5 bedrooms,3 1/2 baths,24x24 family room,front room,dining room,full basement. 20x32 2 story barn,and a gazebo with a swing. its 140 x 359 lot is 1.6 acres,so i can build another 20x32 barn addition on the front of existing. get keys 5-31-12,getting married 6-23-12,and then the fun begins of sorting through my 28 years of collecting 73-77 monte stuff.then i will beable to know what i have to sell.....

The old 20x32 barn will hold parts and stuff. The new 20x32 will be my work space with a 9000 lb 2 post lift. Plans are to restore 86 caprice and Monte.

How old is the house? If the soon to be former owners (or previous owners & so on...) have maintained that little bit of land for a long enough period of time, it may very well be considered your land through "Adverse Possession". Check w/ your attorney, they can tell you more as this law prob varies by state. We dealt with something similar when we bought our first home.

the drive right there has to be replaced anyway. i might just move it in and not deal with it. just hoping the the addition is not going to be to close to the property line.

stopped by the new house to check on a couple of things. desided to open doors and put the GP inside and take a pic.....boy it looks small.our new house with a soon to be parts haven.... Gp_bar10

the present owner thinks she will be out by sunday. trying to get in at same time. but bank says 5-24 Crying or Very sad i cant see how they would want to let house sit empty for 4 days. but whatever. Rolling Eyes

The 2 snowballs in front of the barn.

Started the move this past weekend.Well atleast the heavy stuff is here,still have have alot of loose stuff that just needs to get boxed up and brought over.

Than the fun begins of getting the years of parts i have out of the storage unit. i have sooooooooooooo much stuff,i dont really know where to begin.
