Anyone using cutouts specifically for racing?? What are you doing with your carb mixture settings to compensate for the loss of any backpressure? I wouldnt want to burn a valve for running lean.
Just curious.

Found this Cutlass console at the junk yard. Dye it black and what do you think?

I had the same thing for years, just changed it out for a Chevy console last year. Â You will have to remove your heater deflector under the dash to use it.

I think it will look good!
Does running cutout change much as far as how the engine runs with them open and closed?
