guys today while i was messing around under my 73 chevelle ss 350, i noticed a 2 wire sensor on the back of the passenger side head, like the back thats facing the firewall, what is this sensor ?.

i forgot what its called,but something to do with the heater/air. looks like a stack of nickels and has 2 yellow wires going to it.

I'm not fully sure on this but I think it was a temp sensor that would not ket A/C come on untill motor was up to operation temp.

I have the sensor on the bench for mine and wire hanging there as I di not think it was needed and my A/C works right away.
