This guy has been listing this property for sale for at least the past 4-5 yrs. Kinda surprised some entrepeneur hasn't seized on this opportunity. This would be an awesome opportunity!

First, the parts would have to be accounted for & appraised. I strongly doubt that they are worth a fortune. If they were, it would have sold long ago....

Can you imagine wading through all those parts and trying to identify what cars/years they go on? I wonder that when I see buses and buildings full of unmarked parts...some dating back to the 30's...at a couple yards I visit and thinking "who is going to know where these all go once the current owners pass on...or sell"?

They claim theres a million parts. Even at 3.00 apiece you can make money.

He also has no time to seperate items.

Yeah, and AFTER you buy it the federal government will come in and make you spend 100 millon on cleaning up the oil and gas from the soil. JB

Wonder what condition that Can Am is in? That's a good deal, specially if there is a wrecker service involved. My dad and I were going to get a junkyard before, they said the land couldn't be used for anything but a junkyard due to it being tainted by car juice. I can't remember all that was said but you shouldn't have to clean anything up. Of course every state is different I suppose.

Is that the guy in VT? I know a guy that actually rooted through the place a little. Hes got good stuff,see those school buses ? All full of parts and stuff like consoles and shifters and heads and manifolds not to mention the complete cars.
