Chevelle TV Ad

Some of you "older guys" (like myself) might enjoy this compilation of commercials from CBS network- all late 70's. There are a bunch of GM & Chevy cars featured throughout. It's worth a watch...for a laugh or two.

You guys didnt notice the Cutlass' in both the goodwrench commercial and the national rent a car commercial? What about the Grand Prix in the Dunlop commercial?

Remember that "Battle of the stars/sexes" show? I remember watching that when I was a kid.

Yes! Me too.
The gals who wanted the Equal Rights Amendment were all out with their claws trying to prove they were just as good as guy's. Those programs were funny. Remember when Billy Jean King played that guy in tennis and kicked his arse? LOL
They did get "Title 9" eventually (Women's sports teams) which was a good thing. When I was in high school we had a gal join the football team as a wide receiver (no pun intended). She was very attractive and played a little bit until some clown on another team rung her bell pretty good and her dad was like- no more football for you. I think she would have done better as a tight end.
