met another G3r today
he came to my house and bought a console from my friends stash that i've been trying to sell for his widow.
he has a 77 malibu that he flew down south to get,and drove it home. NO wipers,NO heat,NO seat belts, every wire under dash was cut. it was a snow storm and he drove it 250 miles with wide tires on the back and skinnies on the front.
he bought the car off ebay from a guy that started to convert it to a race car. everything was in the trunk, and motor was rebuilt 6 years prior but never ran. he judged speed by the aftermarket tach and followed the traffic.

Some its the adventure that is just as much fun as the ride/car it's self.
On this Topic. Mcarlo77 Stopped by my place on Sunday. I have been to his place for parts before but this time he came to mine to check out the 74 project. He is truly one of the nicest people I have met and has so much knowledge on these cars its scary. I tend to be more of a custom car guy so don't always know what fits as I usually just make it fit. I would have never met him had it not been for a owning a car or this site. Just wanted to say thanks as I feel blessed to know him and all the information on this site. Thank you tp everyone for sharing your wisdom with us all.

On the same line got to meet brownbomber77 (Dan). He drove hours out of his way to deliver the front suspension parts to me in Indy. Great guy and great parts. Dont ever hesitate to buy parts form him. Thanks again Dan will let you know when I am bringing up the used ones.
