I think it was captain chaos, but I haven't watched the whole movie in a long time.  When I was a kid I had this and smokey and the bandit on the same vhs (remember those) tape.Thumbs up

Hilarious flick. Haven't seen that one in years. Forgot about that laguna. I noticed that they use a Mopar starter sound when they are cranking the engine. Kinda sacreligeous to us G3 guys! Mel Tillis could say anything and it would be funny. Is that guy still kickin?

Drive has a '73 chevelle as the main characters car. Also as far as cannonball run goes, the above video posted is the only scenes with the Laguna, they "paint" it and it magically turns into a '76/'77 Monte Carlo.

Very funny movie, watched it many times with my son when he was about 10. It's the first movie that I recall had outtakes/bloopers at the end, and they are also very funny. One of my favorite scenes is the opening one with the Lamborghini, especially how she gets back into the car. Another is the Japanese 'Johnny Carson' imitation, and Roger Moore's reference to his other movie 'The fly who bugged me'. Oh and how in every scene there's a different woman in his car. Kind of how the Laguna turns into a Monte Carlo. Finally, how we are all surprised when Farrah tells Mr Foyt what she likes most about trees.
