Best move Hendrick has made in this whole deal with Jr. He needs someone who doesn't put up with his crap and helps him drive, pit, and talk lap times. Jr is a popular driver not a good driver, now maybe he can come around and win with a little help from a knowlgeable crew chief. Dale SR wouldn't have put up with this crap why should Rick Hendrick.

By the way I predict a top 5 for Jr this weekend at The Monster Mile. The car will be set up to go fast not the way Jr likes to drive it (slow and tight)

Don't get me wrong I like Jr but he needs to learn how to drive a bad handling car and explain what he needs to go faster not more comfortable. And he needs a crew cheif that will stand up to him and tell him this is what we are doing to help.

I hear ya buddy. I broke down in tears that day. I am forever 3 in my heart.
I work for BUD so Jr was my best replacement, but I think Sr is turning is is grave right now over this whole situation. I'll PM ya some pics of my race room some time that'll let ya know how big of fan I am of the sport and not just a wannabee.
