74 Cutlass w/Continental Kit
Anyone ever seen anything like this? Guy on another forum says this '74 Supreme is his dad's and he bought it from the original owner whom he has known for many years. As far as they know, it's original. I say it didn't come from the factory with that trunk lid (remember all the after-market continental kits you could buy for all kinds of cars back then?). But who knows...maybe Olds put one together for display purposes (like a concept car) at that year's unveiling of new models at car shows. Regardless, I'd be embarrased to drive it...

Looks like the deck lid of a '70's Lincoln Continental was grafted in.

Ive seen that before. I think its fiberglass (the whole lid) 70's thing like the big chrome grills. Ive seen them on Caddys before. That car needs a bath but it seems to be in nice shape underneath all that dirt.

That's a new one on me, never seen it on any GM car. I would swap it back to stock.

I'll give them points for it being well done, but I've never been fond of continentals, even on a Continental.

That's a first for me too. Never seen it, but honestly it looks well done.

They are a complete contrast to the sporty image we're trying to project with our ”A” bodies. Yuck....

I'm just plain annoyed that someone ruined an already rare 73 lid by putting that damned pig nose on it...

Ha...speaking of pig noses, anyone else notice that's exactly what the front of a Prius looks like?

I long for the day when (if ever!) I hear this song coming form a Prius ... and then I laugh my @$$ off at the driver!
(skip to 1:40 if you want to skip the organ intro- although I don't know why you would)
